The idea behind Pipeline News is to illuminate importance of Saskatchewan oil and gas as an integral part of the province’s sense of community and to show the general public the strength and character of the industry’s people.

In June 2008, Glacier Media amalgamated two of its local products to create the petroleum provincial monthly Pipeline News. Pipeline, of Estevan, SK merged and adopted the name of Pipeline News of Lloydminster, SK. Also, the Prairie Post of Swift Current, SK and Carlyle Observer of Carlyle, SK are contributors to the success of Pipeline News.

Pipeline News believes in having people throughout the province reporting from ground level. With local reporting it gives the readers a real perspective on who is doing what in Saskatchewan. From company profiles to major projects, Pipeline News makes it a priority to cover as many news stories as possible.
